A deposit is required to secure placement on a selected litter’s waitlist once your application has been approved. Deposits are accepted only after a signed deposit contract is in place.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve a position within a specific litter and require us to turn away other qualified applicants. Deposits may be transferable to a future litter at our discretion, depending on timing and circumstances.

Final puppy selections are made based on our matching process, not in the order deposits are received. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pickup, as outlined in your contract.

This policy ensures that all placements remain intentional and that each puppy is reserved for committed, prepared homes.
